Club Captain 2019

Nick was honoured to be Club Captain for Chigwell Golf club in 2019. Despite his health issues and treatments he carried out his duties with enthusiasm, energy, dedication and humour - determined to give of his best. He even had radiotherapy early one morning at Barts, caught a train to Nottingham to play golf and join 48 members of the Club who were on his Captains away trip, delivered a speech, played golf the next day and then travelled back by train to Barts for his afternoon radiotherapy!
