Nick, you will obviously be very sadly missed by all of your family and also by me and all of your very many friends, both at the Golf Club and elsewhere in the much wider circle of your very successful and fulfilling life. Over the years I got to know you well and always appreciated your honesty, openness, commitment and that wonderful sense of humour!. Thank you so much for everything!
