Nick studied Politics at Durham University and enjoyed Uni life to the full! 

After graduating, Nick was elected by the students as Deputy President of Student services for a year,  running the student travel services and shop - where he first got into wine buying introducing an exciting new selection of affordable wines for the students. This job enabled Nick to remain in Durham, continue to enjoy Uni life and devleop his romance with Fiona!
